Financial Officer. She is an experienced manager of finances, personnel and operations of small and medium sized Non Profit Organisations. She designs and manages processes of organizational development and development of projects and workgroups as well as their implementation, performance and evaluation. She has been designing and facilitating seminars, training courses, meetings and workshops on subjects as self organized learning, project organization and management, diversity management and communication skills and brings in her experiences as a lawyer, instructor of legal sessions and social counsellor.
