Katarzyna Gruszka

Katarzyna was an intern with Oikodrom as project assistant. She supported our team in writing research proposals for EU FP7, EuropeAid and WWTF calls. With her perfect knowledge of English, she is also of great help in proof-reading and proposal drafting. She holds an MA degree in English Philology (specialization: Pragmatics in Intercultural Communication), and an MA degree in Culture, Communication, Globalization (specialization: Organizational Culture and Leadership). Her main interests are business ethics, CSR, sustainable development, crisis communication, organizational studies, and intercultural communication. Experienced in language teaching, problem-based learning, group work, communication analysis.
