Lisa Kathrin Polak holds a M.Sc. of Spatial Planning and studied at the Vienna University of Technology. She has specialised in international cooperative and partipatory city and regional planning and has worked in projects in Austria, Indonesia, Uganda and Togo. She also has worked as a peace activist in the field of development education and youth work and has a special interest in post-development theories, action research, group dynamics, leadership and organisational development. She has been consulting the team in Spatial Planning issues on current and future projects, collaborated in the organisation of a conference on the SDG 11 and was in charge for the project proposal and coordination of a development and human rights project handling land use conflicts in three different countries.
